Healthy Communities Grant
Recognizing that healthy communities provide a rich quality
of life for residents as well as reduce health care costs,
the Board of Trustees has established a Healthy Communities
Grant Award to be given to a qualified nurse. A proposal
is submitted to the Scholarship and Awards Committee outlining
the program goals and objective as well as anticipated outcomes.
Each year the Board of Trustees determines the amount of
money that will be allocated toward the Healthy Communities
Grant.
