CRITERIA for the SOUTH CAROLINA NURSES FOUNDATION
Nurses Care Graduate Nurse Scholarship


The applicant must meet the following criteria:
(1)  Be a current resident of South Carolina.
 
(2) Be currently enrolled in a graduate nursing program pursuing a Master’s or doctoral degree.
 
(3) Be in good academic standing as verified by an unofficial transcript that designates the cumulative GPA.
 
(4) Demonstrate evidence of financial need (list other financial aid student is receiving).
 
(5) Intends to seek employment in South Carolina upon graduation.
 
(6) Submit two (2) letters of recommendations from the faculty of the college/school in which the student is enrolled.
 
(7) Statement of the student’s career goals upon graduation.

CRITERIA for the SOUTH CAROLINA NURSES FOUNDATION
Nurses Care Undergraduate Nurse Scholarship

The applicant must meet the following criteria:
(1) Be a current resident of South Carolina.
 
(2) Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate registered nurse program in South Carolina.
 
(3) Be in good academic standing as verified by an unofficial transcript that designates the cumulative GPA (evidence of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.)
 
(4) Has completed and passed at least one nursing course (course evident on transcript).

(5) Demonstrate evidence of financial need (list other financial aid student is receiving).
 
(6) Intends to seek employment in South Carolina upon graduation.
 
(7) Submit two (2) letters of recommendation from the faculty of the college/school in which the student is enrolled.
 
(8) Statement of the student’s career goals upon graduation.
