South Carolina Nurses Foundation
The South Carolina Nurses Foundation is affiliated with the SCNA.  It was founded by members of the SCNA in 1974 and is the oldest nursing endowment in the country.  The mission of the SCNF is to advance the nursing profession through awards, grants and scholarships.  The SCNF also is the home of the Palmetto Gold Nurses Recognition Program that each year honors 100 outstanding nurses for their achievements while raising funds to awards a nursing scholarship in every registered nurse program in our state.  The SCNF is a 501-C-3 charitable organization and all donations made to it are tax deductible to the extent of the law.
